I have added and corrected the Country field in the Address group for three languages. When I create a new form, will I see the result of my work in each of those three languages? I don't want to have to do this translation again.

When you create a new form, some default fields should automatically be translated to the correct language. However, if you have custom labels or texts or long sentences, then you will need to add their translation again into the new form.
If you want to keep the translation for the fields and labels on your new form, a possible workaround would be to clone the translated form and then simply edit the clone to fit your needs. Here's how you can clone your translated form: How to clone an existing form from your account.
