I added one text box to a form (see attached) and the Save icon has continued spinning over the last 24 hours. I have copied the web address to another tab in my browser and it also continues spinning (this has worked before to save changes and continue editing a form).
After I added the text box, I edited the corresponding text in three additional languages so all seemed OK.
Unfortunately, when I view the form as a user, the new text box is not in the form.
What to do?

I cloned your form and added a textbox. The cloned form seems to be saving fine on my end. Below is the new textbox when I previewed the form.
Does the textbox still not appear on your form? I checked your form and the textboxes seem to display successfully. Can you please try clearing your form cache and your browser cache to refresh the form. Then re-save the form after. If the textbox you added is still not visible in the preview, please let us know. Regards.
