Edit Submission: Get form in desired language

As you can see, this form requires signatures from 2 different individuals. I cannot utilize the signature flow feature built into Jotform because it necessitates a Jotform login. For my form, no login is required; only a website is needed. Here's the process: I complete the 1st part of the form and submit it, then I receive an email. In this email, I can select "EDIT submission" and forward the URL to an employee. The employee reads the form, signs it, and submits it. Afterward, I get another email where I can again click "EDIT submission" and forward it to another employee. Once the final employee signs the form, I have collected both signatures on a single document. Is there a way to achieve this with forms available in both English and Spanish?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To be able to get the submissions in the desired language, make sure to select the correct language when editing submissions using the edit link received in the notification email. See the screenshot below showing this:
