i have integrated jotform to getresponse and am not receiving my contact once i fill my form on jotform.

I have tested the integration with a new form, and it is working just fine, after integrating, filling, and submitting the form, I did receive the confirmation email from GetResponse:
After I confirm to subscribe, the new contact appeared in my GetResponse contact list:
Please test again, make sure you are using the correct API Key, and submit the form using one of your personal email address to test the integration. Let us know if you need more help.
