For every single customer that completes a contact us form I receive one email from the customer email address and one from noreply@jotform.com. I believe this is double charging me for contact us views as well as overflowing me email box with double contacts! Please help right away!!

There are three separate emails setup for your form:
All three will trigger each time the form is submitted. If one or more of those emails in not necessary, deleting the notification will stop the email from sending for new submissions.
