Hello, I am trying out JotForm for my church's website (which at this time is at a test URL, not publicly known). I do not wish to receive emails from JotForm at this time, unless it is related to the account itself, e.g. in replying to this message. Thanks.

You can unsubscribe from the Jotform newsletter by clicking the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the newsletter.
If you are referring to email notifications, simply delete the notification from the email wizard.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Unfortunately, this link is broken...or certainly doesn't provide any confirmation that I have been "unsubscribed." Doesn't seem to work on either mobile or desktop --- I'm using the latest version of the Chrome browser on both platforms.

I checked your email address in our records, and I can confirm that your email address is now in the unsubscribe list.
Result:
*****@hundredyear.net is IN the unsubscribe list
You should no longer receive jotform newsletters. Regards.
