I have cleared your form cache and it seems that the changes are now reflected on your form.
You can also clear your form cache on your end, just follow the instructions provided in this article: How to Clear Your Form Cache.

This is happening to me also again as it happened few weeks ago. Can you please fix mine Jotform support? i have sent you a ticket but no one responded.

i have followed your steps and cleared cache in settings and also my browser cache but the form still not updating on web?

Your forms should update normally by now.
We have data replication delay issue recently but it has now been resolved.
Kindly check your forms again.
