This is like if I'll be on a break. i will put in the time I started mny break time then submit it to the team lead. Then once I am back I can answer the Log back in time portion then submit to the supervisor.
This is just to make sure that the start time will not be altered by agent once they answer the end time of their break.
Thanks,
Dianah

Hi Dianah
You can achieve this by adding the Edit Link in the autoresponder email of the user so that they can go back to edit the time again at later time.
User guide: How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date
Steps:
#1 Set the required Time Out to current time.
#2 Add and Email field for the Autoresponder email.
#3 Dont forget to set the Time Out field as Read-Only so that it is uneditable.
Here is the screencast video of the process.
#4 The user should be able to receive the email with Edit link on the email address they provide.
#5 In my test submission this is the Edit link https://www.jotform.com/edit/343586019451787727
Here is the demo form https://form.jotform.com/61869400489971 you can test. Provide your actual email address so that you can receive the autoresponder email for the Edit Link.
Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
