Hi, I am saving our form sessions with the user email.
On entering the wrong captcha, jotform goes to a new page with another captcha. At this point, if I close the window and then try to use the link in my email to go back to the form, ALL fields are empty. All my responses are gone. Is there a way around this?

I cloned your form (https://form.myjotform.com/61533169221551) and tried the issue you are reporting but I was not able to replicate the issue. I noticed that you are using the Google reCaptcha widget. When I select incorrect images on the reCaptcha, the form was not redirected to any other page. It only shows an error message.
Can you try again on your end and see if it is working now? If you are still encountering the issue, may we know what browser are you using to access the form when you encounter the issue so we can further investigate?
