Hello,
I previously embedded my forms to my wordpress website. They worked for about a week, and now none of them will allow the user to submit their information, it just freezes. I tried to embed in a few different ways, and none of them are working now. Can someone please guide me through the correct process for embedding a form on a wordpress website so that users can submit info?
Thanks!
emily

I checked your WP website and I see the embedded form.
I think there is issue with the Wordpress oembed code.
I suggest you try re-embed the form on your website using instead its iframe embed code.
Check the user guide here : A-guide-to-forms-for-WordPress-users
You need to use the iframe embed code instead (guide: Getting-the-form-iFrame-code )
Hope this help. Let us know if you are not able to resolve the issue.

This did not resolve the issue. Do you have any other suggestions for me?

I embedded the form as instructed, and it still says “please wait” when i hit submit. You’re welcome to try entering data into the form to try to submit if that would be helpful.
Thanks

I still see the oembed code being used on your form https://www.jotform.us/form/61646634791161
Please remove that and use the iframe embed code instead.
Try this code form here http://pastie.org/10893477
The actual form (not embedded) have no issue submitting. So the problem is on the way the form was embedded on your website.

On other hand, I also noted that your form https://www.jotform.us/form/61646634791161 was also in violation of our Terms of Use.
The form was used to capture sensitive data like credit card account information. The Phishing filter in place will suspend this form and can also cause your account to be suspended as well.
I suggest your remove those fields at once to avoid getting suspended.

ehaymanReplied on June 28, 2016 at 7:45 PMI just tried to edit the credit info out of that form and it says my IP is banned. This is becoming frustrating-is there anyone on your team who can help me build these forms out correctly so they are functional and don't violate terms of service?

The guilty fields have been deleted from you form, so your account is activated now. If you want to create a multiple payment form, here is how: https://www.jotform.com/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form
