I was told logging in several times my account was disabled but then when I asked to reset the password it let me in, but on my weebly it says all my questionnaires are disabled but I don't understand why? I am just gathering information. Please let me know why?

The problem is that the formID 61478403526154 was requesting password credentials on a plain text field and this violates our terms of use, so I have removed the said field in order to avoid a future automatic suspension. Please avoid this practice and everything will be fine.

I deleted that form, it was something I was toying, and decided against it. But all my forms don't work.

Your account seems to be active at this time. I checked the forms and I was able to view them without any issues. Can you please check on your end if you are able to view them?
