Hi there,
I am having an issue in that I have not been receiving any notification emails on my form since 10th June 2016, however there have been multiple submissions.
Do you know what the cause of this could be?

Hello Nathan,
I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Upon checking your email address marketing@eurekasolutions.co.uk, I found that it ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:
Result:
marketing@eurekasolutions.co.uk is IN
the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP
I have now removed your email from our bounce list and it should work fine now. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
