Morning! I am having some issues with a form I am editing.
Covington and Lafayette drop down session dates options should not be visible on the form as it currently is now.
Can y'all assist?
Thanks so much,
Kimberly

The reason it is displaying is because your condition indicates "HIDE the field when the WHICH PROGRAM ARE YOU INTERESTED IN? equals to EMT"
By default this field is not populated and is the reason you can view the drop downs.

Yes, those two locations need to be hidden due to enrollment now being full for our EMT classes in Covington and Lafayette.
They can not register, but the fields still populate.

Actually what my colleague wanted to say is that due to the condition, the field is set to be shown until the selection is made for "EMT".
Basically with conditions you have them working 2 ways:
1. What you set them to
2. the reverse of what you set them to
So when you set a field to be shown under specific selection, it means that it must be hidden if that selection is not made.
In your case, your conditions are set to hide the field when specific setting is selected, otherwise that it must be shown.
So to hide it completely on your form there are 2 things to do:
1. Disable the condition
2. right click on the field that you do not want to be shown, and set it as Hidden
Do of course let us know if you have any further issues with the same.
