Is it possible to do this:
Customer enters her user name & password. Also fills up the form. Then clicks submit.
Customer comes back on another day to the same form.
She enters her user name & password & then clicks a retrieve button.
Upon verification of both entries, the form is populated with the information she entered on the previous day.
She updates the information on the form as required & clicks submit again.
Example form:
Username:
Password:
RETRIEVE
Hip:
Waist:
Shoulders:
Chest:
SUBMIT
Please let me know if this can be done. Thanks

Unfortunately, it is not possible to retrieve the data from the submission data by searching. Also, we do not allow our users to create login forms and it violates our terms of usage. We request you to remove the guilty fields from your JotForm immediately to avoid suspension of the account.
In order to assist you with your requirement, you may consider providing your user with the Edit submission link in an auto-responder so that they can always visit their submission and edit the information by clicking on the link.
Please refer to the guide below that can help you with this.

Hope this information helps! Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

Thank you for removal of the same.
In regards to your 2nd question. Since we can only provide assistance to one question / issue per thread, I have moved your new question to a new thread here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/869364
On which we will be answering you shortly.
