Hello,
We have an annual form for a children's writing contest submissions. In the past I have set up a Dropbox integration that would structure upload entries like so:
JotForm > Form Name > Grade Level (dynamic based on form) > submission ID (dynamic based on form) > entry and uploaded fileThis worked very well as we have judges for each grade and each submission needs to remain anonymous until all have been judged. But now, I can only specify two levels of depth on the folders and for those I can only use one dynamic field. I had hoped at the very least to get something like this:
StoryMakers 2016 > {grade} - {submission ID} > (form and upload) but it seems I can only select one form field to use for the folder name.
Any bright ideas on how to work around these new limitations? I've tried using the field names to build a custom folder name like this: {gradeLevel11} - {uniqueCode21}, but it just comes through as literal text.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to have an additional folder in the DropBox integration at the moment. I have checked the earlier integration screens and see that there was an option to select the Extended folder which is not available with the new wizard. Let me forward the thread to our backend team to see if we can implement the same in the new integration wizard as well.
Once we have any update in this regard, you'll be posted here. Thank you.

Hi,
You can use old extended folder logic with form elements(i.e Unique ID) by using element id.
Here is an example:
And your dropbox will be as the old extended folder logic:
Hope this solves your problem.
Please, let us know if you need further help.
Thank you.
