Hi,
I have integrated with Infusionsoft, but I wanted to see if there's a way if that someone adds and email address that's already in my database that it's not adding a new contact, it's adding to an existing contact.

To confirm, when a submission is passed through to Infusionsoft, and if the contact is already existing, you want the existing contact to be updated instead of adding a new one? Is that correct?
Unfortunately, it seems like it is not possible based on this thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/455135. One of our developers, Paul replied on that thread that it is not yet possible in Infusionsoft. However, I believe if the same information is being added, a duplicate checker function is being triggered, the new submission won't be adding the database which that will avoid duplicate contacts in your end.
Please do confirm if I understood your concern correctly.

If you let it create a new contact it will fill in all the appropriate fields. Are they working on a resolution to this? I have many forms we use for internal purposes that I need to do this, now I am looking at leaving Jotform unless there is a fix.
