If you have embedded the form, it is most likely that a script conflict is causing this to happen. A user was able to submit the form without completing the required fields due to the conflict. To fix this, I would suggest using our iframe method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
I hope this helps and let us know if you need any further assistance.

Hi there,
All my forms are embedded in my wordpress site using the iframe code
this form (for memory https://form.jotform.com/53332591823960 ) is reused every week (I just clear submissions and change the date field) and I never had problems with pushing incomplete payment submissions
I have not changed anything since it was used succesfully last (last week).
I also have the same problem now from other forms (this one here for example https://form.jotform.com/60145606491958 again embedded with iframe for a long time and having had no problems pushing incomplete subs before)
your explanation makes no sense
I CANNOT clone and re-embed these forms as I have many submissions already in and many other views (through googlesheets, awesome tables etc) running from integrations
I can't see why problems like described above would "spring up" when nothing in my forms nor the way they are embedded has changed from my end...so it must logically be coming from your end
Please advise

I just checked your first form(https://form.jotform.com/53332591823960), and all entries are filled.
Upon checking the second form(https://form.jotform.com/60145606491958), I only see one submission that came empty:
Which is odd, since your form has required fields:
It might have been an isolated glitch that caused to bypass the validation. Please share the URL where this form is embedded so we can further test.
