Ahh sorry! It functions as it should, just wondering if there's a way to work around the indent here. Thanks!

Try injecting this CSS code:
#id_212, #id_213, #id_214, #id_216 {
margin-top: -30px;
width: 485px;
margin-left: 154px;
padding-left: 338px;
}
Here is a guide that will help you to inject the code to your form: How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes
Here is the link to my form where this has been applied, please take a look and let us know if there is a change that you would like to make: https://form.jotform.com/61396215559968
