App Builder: Limit post codes entry

    How can I limit the suburb or post codes in there? I want to limit the order to the few suburb only so people outside of those suburb cant put down an order? how can I use some validation in this form?

    Hi Mal,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's not possible to conditionally allow orders from selected postcodes yet. A workaround to this is to build your product list using the Form Builder, where we can apply some conditional logic to automatically hide the submit or the product list option depending on the postcode entered. Let me show you how to do that:

    • From the My Forms page, click on the Create form button and get started with your form.
    • Next, in Form Builder, create a Dropdown field with your supported postcodes as an option and another where it says the customer's post code is not listed.

    • Add the Product List element and set it up by including your payment integration and products.
    • Then, click on Settings, Conditions and create a new Show/Hide field conditions similar to the screencast below:

    That's it. Once it is set up, the form can be linked to your App. Let me show you how to do that:

    • In App Builder, click on the Add element button on the left and select the Form element.
    • Next, click the Form you'd like to add and click on the Add Forms button.
    • The added form can be shown immediately by clicking on its Gear icon and by enabling the Show Form option.

    Thanks, But this is so much different with the product list in the shopping app.

    the shoping cart doesnt work in this case, and there is no checkout page. can you please help?
