Here's what I want to do:
Person fills out form #1
Later the same form again with a form #2
Then later yet form #3
Then they can go back and view all these forms. In the meantime, the data is saved to a spreadsheet and I can update the info. This is for training sessions (so they fill out the what they know and I and they can update as information arrives).

Hi,
If the objective is to only let the form user view the data they had provided, you can do so by providing to the user the submission PDF report. The PDF report can be attached to a confirmation email wherein only the specific user can view their own data.
Here are the steps.
1. Add an Autoresponder E-mail to your form
2. In the Autoresponder add the PDF link to the email message.

The form user will be able to receive confirmation email to the email address they provide. They can then view the submission data in PDF document attached to the email.
