Hi Charlie!
I finally got back into the office and am now trying this out.
Part of my problem is that I need all the data to eventually be together in one spread sheet.
So, in one booking I will have the details of all the passengers, their dietary requirements, restaurant bookings, hotel bookings etc...
I don't mind if it is split into separate sheets, as long as I can automatically assign a unique code to be able to pull it all into a single sheet in Excel.
Thanks for looking into this for me!
Albert

Do you mean you wish to combine all of the information into one spreadsheet across multiple forms?
Or which is that you are trying to combine?
The current workflow of the spreadsheet export is more intended to go out for each form separately.
It may be possible to send or pull it but we would need to know more about which form or forms you are trying to combine so that we can take a look and understand your question better.

Hi KadeJM!
Thank you for your prompt reply!!!
Have you got access to my JotForm account?
If you have a look at my forms you will see... First I had just one form https://form.myjotform.com/60982254543560 , but this was too big and too many fields. Charlie told me I should break it up in separate forms, which I did. Only then did I realise that it is just using iframes to completely different forms with different spreadsheets.
I don't mind it being separate sheets, as long as I can pull all the data together in one sheet.
I suppose adding a unique reference code to each of the separate forms will make it work... is there a way I can have this done automatically or is there a different approach I can take?
So, all these forms needs to be combined into one database (or spreadsheet):
Come to think of it... It will work having a unique code for each booking... Just need a way of pulling it all into one spreadsheet.Or if there is an easier way of doing it... please shout.ThanksAlbert -

Hello Albert,
I believe this app would help http://apps.jotform.com/app/combine_submissions. This allows you to combine form submissions from multiple forms.
Another approach is to download/export each of the form submissions into excel http://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-to-Excel-CSV-PDF so you can manually combine them into a single excel file. You can also use offline apps that would automate this process. Example, I found this guide by searching on Google - Combine multiple workbooks to one workbook with Kutools for Excel
Hope any if these helps!
