I am no longer receiving emails with form submissions. No settings were changed as far as i'm aware. How can I remedy this?

Your email is in the bounce list which is why you're not getting the emails from JotForm.
I have removed your email from the bounce list. You should be able to receive notifications now.

The guides mentioned by my colleague would help with that - staying off the bounce list. However in your case, the issue was caused by your email service provider. Based on the error, I do believe that it is GoDaddy.
They had bounced a lot of emails at one point causing everyone to stop receiving the emails.
It should however not happen any more, but if it does, do let us know and we would be happy to assist in resolving the same.
