Our IT guy looked into your response to our first messages to you and he says nothing is coming into our server from jotform and nothing is hitting our spam - it is at your end. We need this resolved right away.

Sorry for the inconvenience. As my colleague, I have checked your email history and noticed that all emails have been sent properly.
I have also verified our bounce and was not able to locate your email in the list.
