I'm checking your form titled "Message TEST aux chauffeurs pour transports uniques ou multiples", and it seems like it is already translated to French?
I presume what you want to translate is the actual input saved in the submission? Example, in this submission, it says "Friday", which should be "Vendredi" I presume?
Is that what you would like to translate? Or you want to display the actual display in the calendar pop-up? The calendar pop-up can display the whole word for the day so it shows only the first letter of it. We'll wait for your response.

First of all : how do you display the last screen with the orange arrow showing "date du jour; Friday..." ?? and i could i include this complete date in a courriel. I dont understand how the calendar pop-up displays the whole word of the day
Secondary : Yes i want to translate in french the name of the days
Thanks a lot

We do not display textual representation for month and day values in emails. The default formats you can choose from are:
mmddyyy
ddmmyyy
yyymmddExample of displayed date in email:
mmddyyy - 05-14-2016
ddmmyyy - 14-05-2016
yyymmdd - 2016-05-14The date format can be adjusted in emails based on PHP date formatting, but unfortunately, this option will only display the results in English.
