Have sent the form to my subcontractors to complete, it does not let them open it, because its saying Theydon have an account.

Any ideas I am on the Bronze subscription.

    Hi Richard,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you're sending a prefilled form from the Jotform Table, this requires the recipient to have a Jotform account or log in to their account. This is our verification process to make sure that the person who's opening it is the same person that you intended to share the form with. They can sign up for a Starter plan (Free).

Alternatively, you can use the Field Prepopulator tool to prefill the form and send it to the responder to complete. You can generate form URL with Query Parameters. Let me walk you through:

    1. Open this link to open the tool and then click on the Populate Fields button.
    2. A pop-up window appears asking you to allow access to the form, click on the Allow button.
    3. Select which form to prepopulate.
    4. Fill out the fields and then click on the Generate URL button to generate the prefilled URL that you can share with the responders.
