You can easily send the notifications to multiple email recipients here in JotForm. Please refer to this guide: Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.

How about the auto-responder. Has the ability to include multiple recipients been removed from the auto-responder? Is the only workaround to have multiple autoresponders to send to more than one recipient?

Auto-responders do not allow to have multiple recipients. This notifications are meant to send a notification to the person that is filling in the form. Since there can only be one person filling in a form at a time, there is no need to have multiple recipients in the auto-responder.
If you require to multiple recipients, you need to use the Notification email, as indicated by my colleague. A possible solution would be to create a notification and use the CHANGE EMAIL RECIPIENT condition. In the condition you can just place the fields which contain the emails you wish to send to.
Please let us know if that helps.
