When receiving a confirmation email, the field of today's date populates as the text "false". How do I fix this?

I checked the submissions for your form and although I can see some submissions with the "false" value on the "Today's Date" I was unable to replicate this, I have submitted your form using the direct link and the embedded on your website, both sent the field good.
This is the result when I submitted the form using the direct link:
This is when I submitted the form using the link to your website:
As you see I could not replicate the issue. Could you please provide us the steps about how to replicate it?
This could be due to a Javascript conflict on the form, or perhaps when it was embedded; however, it seems to be working now.
Do get back to us if the issue still persists, we will be glad to help you.

I also wasn't able to replicate the issue. I cloned your form and did a several test submissions, the "todays date" answer field is showing the value properly. I tried different dates, past or future, and it is still successful.
It is possible that there are conflicting scripts between the page and the form. Please try to re-embed the form to your webpage using Iframe Method.
You can also remove the widget and add it back again. Also, I will clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
