I presume Holly that you opted up for Date Reservation widget due to a nice looking calendar.
Now since it allows the date to be used only once, some other widget would be much better for the intended purpose.
Here are the widgets that you might like:
The following two are nice, but I do not think that they would be what you are after, the above have calendar that is a bit easier to see all days and quickly adjust them, but I am adding these for reference as well:
Do test them out and if you want to capture date and time I would checking out using DateTime Single widget.

Well the main reason I liked the Date Reservation calendar was actually because it let me select multiple dates on one calendar, so there was no need for one calendar for departure date and another calendar for return date. Looks like the links here would all require 2 entries. Which is not a huge deal per say, and I do really like the way the Large Date Picker looks...
Thanks for the list :)

Glad to hear that Holly. There is one more that allows you to select a date range: Check In Check Out
It will allow you to have a nice calendar and accept 2 dates that you need. While it is intended as a range, it could be used to mark 2 dates or a range. For example this is what you would get in the email:
14 Apr 2016 / 30 Apr 2016
Hope this helps :)

No pain here, I am always happy to work with CSS Holly :)
I have however moved this to a new thread here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/817445 and I will follow up with the CSS shortly :)
