When checking the result mails from forms I have the following question:
The result structure from a checkbox control is returned in a way that for some of my users (volonteer workers 50+) is annoying.
Is there a way of having those results show like the contents of the matrix above?

If I understand correctly, you want the selection from the matrix field to appear in the email notification?
I cloned your form and made a test submission. It appears that the result from the matrix is not displayed in the email.
Is this the issue you are referring to? To fix the issue, I would suggest deleting the old email notification.
Then you can create a new one so that all the data will be seen in the notification. Here's a guide that can help: Setting Up Email Notifications.
Once you have created a new notification, the notification email should now look like the screenshot below.
As seen in the screenshot, the data from the Matrix is now displayed like the content of the matrix.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.

The matrix mechanism works fine for all result types.
I'm talking about the checkbox widget underneath the matrix (see screenshot) and the resulting data:
Since I'm dealing with volonteers that are sometimes 60+ or 70+ (who mostly don't understand Englisch) something like the following would work better.
Telefon: Ja
Email: nein
mit einem Gesprächstermin: nein
other option: whatever
Better yet would be something like what comes back from the matrix. To a user of the results it doesn't make sense that the complex matrix can produce simple checkmarks and the simple checkbox can only produce stuff that's hard to read.
I do realize that that has to do with the design of the widget. And I have no idea where this widget comes from. But if it could be enhanced I would be "highly in favor". It might benefit others too.
BTW, I think you have a wonderful product and I really like working with Jotform.

Thank you for your clarification. I have just reviewed your form and noticed that you are using the CheckList Widget. As you indicated this is how it was designed. There is an option in the widget wizard that would enable to display only the options that have been checked.
Enabling this option will only display the selected items in your notification. If you require the result to be displayed in a friendlier way, we can create a new feature request. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee when and if this feature will be implemented.

I think for those cases where the Checklist Widget makes sense the suggested feature request makes sense, too, basically making the output structurally similar to the matrix widget.

In the meantime I think I will use the matrix widget in minimal form... That should work for now.
Thank you.
