Yes, you are right, the email address "audiobo@tin.it" has not received emails since the date 2016-01-13 and the reason for this is being in bounce list. Please, see the email address's mail log:
Currently, I removed that email address from the bounce list and everything should be fine now; but it could happen to you again. To prevent this issue,
You need to be sure that your mail provider is not blocking our messages. To do that operation, you need to communicate with your server administrator. Ask them to whitelist our addresses. Please whitelist following addresses:
amazonses.com
email.amazonses.com
noreply@jotform.comAlternatively, you can use the SMTP method to send your emails with using your server, so you can beat that problem completely.
To do that, please follow the instructions from How to Setup SMTP for a form page.
In addition, you can give specific form names, so we can check them as well. If the problem consist, please let us know.
