Please run a check on my account space again. It's been a regular issue with my account that new space isn't calculated properly after removing submissions. I've deleted quite a bit so please check my space consumption again.
Also all image links show as broken like I'm locked out of accessing anything!

I have checked your forms and you have uploaded files on these forms:

We can check and delete the files that were not deleted with the submissions, but first of all, I would suggest you to download all the uploaded files that currently have in your forms, go to the submissions page and click on "Download all uploads".
Once you have downloaded all the uploaded files you will need to download your submissions data, this guide will help you to do it: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF.
Do let us know when you already did it and we will be glad to delete the files and fix the counter.

You have to understand what a massive inconvenience is to download the submissions when I have several sub accounts that need access to this data. I'm sure you saw that I was only using 3 GBs of data yet the system said 10. Sometimes it's good to get off the script and look into the matter.

Yes, I checked your forms and saw that you were not using the 10 GB on uploads as the counter said, I asked to download the uploaded files and the submissions data only for security before to proceed deleting the files that still were there even after you deleted the submissions where these files were uploaded. However, is good to know that your counter was fixed for one of my colleagues, if you encounter this problem again do let us know and we will be glad to assist you.
