Hello, I created this jotform: https://www.jotform.com//?formID=60114489224149#
And, embedded it into this web page: http://medmarketintel.com/services/
If you look at the form, you will see that the right border and bottom border is missing. Can you help me with how I can insert the border?
Thank you. -

I see that you are currently using the script embed method to embed the form in your website. To fix the issue with the border, you can try using the iFrame embed code instead. Here's a guide on how to get the iFrame embed code: Getting the Form iFrame Code
Do let us know if the issue persists after using the iFrame embed, and we would be glad to assist you further.

Hi there,
I embedded the iFrame Code but it still doesn't work. I wonder if maybe the labels (form width) are wider than the iframe? Can you take a look?

Hi there,
Please, inject following CSS codes, then take the iFrame embed code again. Please, see the codes from the below:
all:before {
all:unset;
}
.jotform-form {
padding:0 !important;
}
In addition, you don't need to take the whole structure of embed code, the content between <iframe>...</iframe> tags is enough to embed your form. (Following code is just an example, don't embed that one.)
<iframe
id="JotFormIFrame"
onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)"
allowtransparency="true"
src="https://form.jotform.com/53341292355958"
frameborder="0"
style="width:100%;
height:800px;
border:none;"
scrolling="no">
</iframe>
Please, try this method. If it won't solve the problem, please do let us know.
Thanks.

Hello,
I embedded the CSS code, and copy & pasted the iFrame code. Still does not work.
Notice how the jotform (on the left) is a narrower form, then what I recently embedded onto the website.(image on the right.)

Please try changing the padding for .jotform-form to 10px in the injected CSS code.
.jotform-form {
padding: 10px !important;
}
Also, please try removing the script section from the iframe embed code to see if that works for you.
Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.

Hello,
Another question regarding the border of the form. Is there a way to reduce the border frame width?

I'm not sure if I understand your query correctly. I see that the border width is already 1px. Do you mean reducing the grey background around the form, you may try decreasing the padding to 5px from the code which is already injected.
.jotform-form {
padding: 5px !important;
}
