You do not need to inject css to make more than 3 horizontal columns for the radio buttons. I cloned your form to make a demo. Simply follow the steps below:
1. On your form builder, click the radio button field.
2. Then on the Properties menu, click Spread Columns and input the number of columns that you want. Then click OK when done.
