Suspended Account: Collecting credit card details

    I am having the same issue.

    Hi Mollie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and see that your account is currently suspended for collecting credit card details. Please note that collecting credit card details using regular text fields is not allowed per our Terms. If you need to collect payments from your users, please use one of our payment processors. You may also capture the card details and charge the user at a later date by enabling payment Authorization. You can check our guide How to Enable Payment Authorization.

    We can only reinstate your account if you agree to our Terms and allow us to delete the offending fields.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    That method was recommended by a coworker and shown as an example.

    I'm not sure which form that was on, but I understand and can remove it.

    Hi Mollie,

    The form involved is the Credit Card Authorization Form. I went ahead and deleted the offending fields, then reinstated your account.
