You may enable the Reset button to display next to Submit button by clicking on Reset button from the tool bar while Submit button field is selected. You may also enable the Reset button from the Submit button properties window. Please refer to the screenshot below:

Hi Kiran
This is Magic! exactly what I want.
I need to build another form which will be a registration form for a workshop. I can use one of the templates you have. But what I want here is that all the input the user provides I need it to be stored in a database OR a excel file which I can later download for some further processing. I do not want it send to me via email in which case I have to cut/paste each email into excel. This will be tedious.
Before I start on this --- is the scenario possible via JotForm?
Please let me know and if possible provide some guidelines or demo ext to help me get started.
