Hi my forms have matrix questions. This form is designed to receive roster requests from staff. Often they will make a mistake and select the wrong radio button.
It is all well and good if it is the right row and wrong column. However we run into strife when they are in the wrong row. Neither does it allow the user to delete/remove the choice nor does it allow us to change it when we try and use the edit form feature. Is there any thing that can be done?

Unfortunately, radio buttons that have been selected cannot be deselected. If you want to cancel a selection, a possible workaround would be to add a "null" radio button that will be selected, like "No selection" or "No answer".
Another possible solution would be to use checkbox instead of radio button. Here's how:
1. Click on the matrix table
2. Click the Input Type button
3. Select Check Box
The check box allows a user to uncheck their option if they change their mind.
Do note that the check box allows a user to select more than one cell per row. However, this can still be unchecked by the user.
You can follow the link to the cloned form to see the checkbox in action: https://form.jotform.com/60461489595973
