Hi,
I wanted to pre fill the name section of my form and get the URL that i will going to email,
For example: I have 10 email accounts and i want to individually send them the form containing their names, is it possible?
I have found this Prepopulate app but it doesnt work for me.
I am new in using Jotform, yet i could say it is a great tool for a free online survey.
Thanks,

Yes it should work as well.
This is is the App http://prepopulate.jotform.io/
I just test it, and it was working.
But I think what you wanted to do is something similar instead to what was described on this user guide: How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection
Hope this help. Let us know if issue is not resolved.

Hi Jonathan,
Actually, I just wanted to populate the name section to see who filled out the form, yes, I tried to use the app, but after I selected the form which I want to populate but when I clicked continue there is nothing next, but thanks anyway for the kind response I had used the prepopulated form using the custom url.
Jotform and you guys are great!
Cheers!

I just tested the PrePopulate Fields app and I was able to generate a URL without any issue.
