Several of our clients have told us that they completed various forms, yet we have not received them and they are not in the submissions. Can you take a look and let me know if something is wrong on our end?

I checked your forms and it looks to be working on my end. However, depending on the browser or device the user is filling out the form from, there may be varying results. One way to ensure compatibility across all platforms would be to replace your current embed code with the iFrame code:

This will also ensure there are no conflicts between the form and your page that might cause submissions not to go through.
