I have 2 properties:
Type of Class: with 7 radio buttons
Product Manager with radio buttons. This is a hidden. I need to have a product manager selected based upon what is selected in Type of Class. I cannot figure out to do this with conditions. Any other sugesstions would be appreciated.

You can achieve this using the feature Assign Calculation Field Value
user guide: How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
Here is an example form https://form.jotform.com/60320827546959
I assume for now the Type of Class is equal to one of the Manager. I have unhidden the Product Manager to see what is happening.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

BCContedReplied on February 2, 2016 at 9:45 AMI am afraid I could not get this solution to work. It would have been helpful for me to see how you set the conditions in your example. I have modified the form slightly. I need a 1:1 relationship based on which radio button is selected. Business Class to the first name in the Calculation Values list.

You can actually just clone the form of my colleague to your own account Mark. To do that you will need the link to his form: https://form.jotform.com/60320827546959
Now you will need to follow the steps here: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL
Not only will you see how the conditions were made, but also have the exact form within your account, with the same feature already applied to it.

BCContedReplied on February 2, 2016 at 1:45 PMThank you for the help. However, the conditions do not work in my form. I set the conditions up exactly like your sample but mine did not work. What am I missing

You have set it up right Mark, but the same will not work for radio buttons, only for checkboxes. To allow yourself to use checkboxes and yet in the same time to allow only one option to be selected, you should instead use the approach shown here: https://form.jotform.com/60324560573957
Basically, I cloned the form from my colleague and set the field to allow only one entry - making checkbox behave like radio button does.
To do that we go to field properties:
Once there we just set up the maximum numbers:
Would that work for you?

BCContedReplied on February 2, 2016 at 4:45 PMBen, thanks for the help. This approach would work but I still cannot get my form to work correctly. I have attached a screen shot of my conditions which are identical to yours but the condition is still not working. My Maximum Selections is set to 1 and both fields are checkboxes. Again, here is the link to my form. Any ideas on why yours works and mine does not?

BCContedReplied on February 2, 2016 at 4:45 PMI was able to create the condition in a completely separate test form. I created and the condition worked but it does not work in my main form.

I see what you mean Mark. For some reason it was passing the values as numbers not as text.
I have tried another approach instead of the above one to see if that would work on your form and it did - you can see it here: https://form.jotform.com/60327338095962
I did it by using the next option in conditions - to pass the values of the of multiple fields to a single one. Doing so allows us to select if the value that is being passed should be passed as number or as a string.
You can see the screen cap of the same:
