Hello,
I have just noticed that there is a submission missing from the Submission Log. The form was completed and the email notifications etc were sent, see screen shot below:-
The entry is showing up in the integrated Google Sheets, which is at least one positive.
And this entry did have all the emails logged, which is the source of another issue i have with JotForm.
This form also has PayPal integrated payment so i would have thought that keeping the records secure would be a priority
thx
John

Is the submission stored as an incomplete payment by any chance?
http://www.jotform.com/help/564-how-to-view-incomplete-payments-of-your-payment-forms/
There are 2 incomplete submissions from the date you referenced. If the emails triggered and the spreadsheet was updated, the submission was indeed logged on our end.

The submission ID does not show in your records and I am not sure what happened to that specific submission. Is this the only submission that is missing? Is there any possibility it was deleted? As far as I can tell, the submission should have been forwarded to your JotForm account.

I have no reason to delete any entry.
The only reason i realised there was somethings strange was that i have a totally different system that keeps track of Form completions ie forms filled in with money paid to PayPal and emails sent, looking at that today i realised the entry count was different between my system and the JotForm history, that is when i started to track down what was happening.
Eventually the missing entry was identified.
Everything else seems to have worked OK...... However of concern if we needed, for some reason do some retro active proof of submission by the club members..
Thx
John

This was likely just a hiccup if the data was not forwarded. The first place the data goes is to your JotForm account so I am unsure as to how everything else was triggered but the data did not arrive in your account.
If you come across any more missing submissions, let us know and we will forward this to our developers for a closer look.
