I was able to reproduce the problem. It is the oembed post URL that was blocked causing the submit button to freeze.
To fix this, I suggest to re-embed your form using iframe embed code. This won't use oembed URLs so this should not have any problems.

I suggest you remove the code that doesnt work. even on my simple contact form doesnt work. it takes number of days still says "PLEASE WAIT"

Yes, our helpful user is right about this one. Before re-embedding your form to your web page, please clean other embed methods from your page. Below, you will see the part that you need to remove, it starts with <iframe> and end with </iframe>:
After this action, you can re-embed your code with the method of my colleague. Also, please don't forget to let us know about the final state.
