Hello,
I'm attempting to embed a form I created into a Wordpress page. When I try to activate the Jotforms plugin, it is generating a fatal error and failing to activate the plugin. The error is as follows:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class JotFormWPEmbed in /home1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/embed-form/jotform-wp-embed.php on line 12
How can I resolve this and/or get my form to render on a page in my Wordpress site?

Never mind on this post. I just realized that I had submitted a virtually identical post a little over a year ago and was able to derive my resolution. I still don't understand why a plugin would be available which doesn't work and generates fatal errors, but nonetheless.

I've been using the plugin and I'm not getting the same error and I have just installed it again to another website and it's working for me:
Maybe you should check this with your hosting provider to see if you are using the newest version of a PHP.
Or, do a trial-and-error with your plugins to see if there's a conflict between them. Deactivate and Activsyr one at a time.
