I have a wedding contract where I'd like the text entered in the text fields to also populate to the narrative fields

Hello rlzolinas,
You may like to take a look at our "Narrative Fields" and "Passage Test" widgets and see if that fits into your requirement.
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.
Thank you!

Hi,
Let me clarify:
Is there a way to take values that are input into the first 4 fields and have them also display in the narrative fields that are specified? We don't want to have to enter the same information twice, but need it to display in the narrative as well. Please see the link.
Thanks.

Here's a cloned form with the changes I made: https://form.jotform.com/60127194589968. You can clone it to have a copy of it in your account, you can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
Here's how I did mine:
1. First, we will "pipe" or output the form fields value on the "Text" field by using the field tag names.
2. You can get the field name tag under "Edit Properties" of the form field.
Example:
3. The problem is that the "Text" field cannot store or save values from input fields. To resolve this, I will have a "Text area" field added in the background, I have set it to hidden.
4. Now we will add the same text value on your "Text" field in the "Textarea" field under the "Default" value. Make sure that the field name tags are there. I will set that field to "hidden" and "read-only".
Why are we using "Text" field and a "Text area" field separately? The "Text" field gives you the freedom to format the displayed narrative text. While the "Text area" field allows you to save and store the narrative text in your submissions.
I hope that helps.
