Unfortunately, we do not have any updates on the original issue at this time. An additional bug report ticket has been forwarded to our Development Team. We will let you know once we have any updates on this.
In the meantime, you can try to uncheck the 'Europe Datacenter' option via Account Settings page to see if that helps with JotForm Android App.
