I'm aware that we can share form submission by making them public which prevents viewers from deleting however a lot of users here seem to need the Sub User accounts w/ "View Submissions" selected, to actually do what is says... JUST VIEW, NOT EDIT/DELETE.
Usually, "View" implies just that.. viewing. So I HOPE the developers deem this feature as important enough to implement. This way, the users whom I give a sub user account to will be able to view all submission w/o me having to select each form one by one, make it public, set a password, copy the link, then email that link to a user for them to view and not delete submissions.

Hi,
I think that's a good reason to separate both "view submission" and "delete submission" permissions. I have raised this as a feature request. You will be informed here once this is rolled out if ever this gets considered to be implemented in the future.
Thank you!

+1 for this feature request - I've since learned about the public sharing via this article https://www.jotform.com/help/199-How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page. That works pretty well, but it's not exactly what I'd really like.
We're a new user. We have the same desire to provide View-only (e.g. Read-only) access to form submissions. It's scary that "viewers" have access to the "Delete All" button.
FWIW, we're blown away by the product. Congrats on the 4.0 release.
Best,
John

And thanks for your remark. Glad you like the 4.0 version :)
