When someone is using Jot Form to register for our Parade and to volunteer an email notification is not coming to me. In the past it did, and I would then know to check Jot Form and download an updated list. How can I sent this feature?

You can check if the receipt address is correct in the email notifications and that the sender email has been set.e
These settings are available under the email button, where you can click on the notification you want to modify.
