Why (for the second year running) have I been charged twice? Once, yesterday ($54) and again today ($54). Please will you refund me the for the Extra $54 and also explain to me why this has happened again. Also, please correct this recurring error. Thank you.

Here is a screen shot of my invoice showing the 2 payments. Exactly the same as last year.
