I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. May we know which form are you referring to, please, so we can check it on our end? Also, what particular issues are you encountering? Are you not able to click the Upload button of the File Upload field? Or are there any error message that's showing when you are uploading files?
Please let us know also if your form is embedded on a website. If it is, please provide us the website where the form is embedded.
