Hi,
My mailchimp automation doesn't seem to be working.
It has only implemented a few e-mails compared to the number of applications I have received.
I'm not sure why or how to fix it.
Please help.
Thanks
Lauren

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
I cloned your form and made some tests and I was unable to get the submitted info in my Mail Chimp account, so I have replicate it.
I will report it to our second level and you will be notified via this thread when it's solved.
Regards.

Hi Lauren,
MailChimp integration's E-mail and Full Name field can only be mapped on a single corresponding JotForm field. You have email and full name field sets for each business type and because of that, on some applications, the actual JotForm email and full name fields that were mapped to MailChimp (the email field for "dance related business") were not filled out.
Thus, applications that were not "dance related submissions" were not sent properly to MailChimp.
The only solution to this problem is to keep just one E-mail field and one Full Name field on your form.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for your help guys,
I wonder is there anyone I can get in touch with who can re-design my form layout and design? Is there such people. My form works well... except for this issue. But I know it's probably harder than it needs to be and it could look a lot better.Any advice appreciated.
Thanks
Lauren
