I have created a contract that my clients need to complete, sign and submit. When I receive the submission form, the signature does not appear and instead there is a link to the signature on a different Jotform page. Is it possible to receive the submission with the signature showing so that I can print off the complete contract and place it on the client's file?

I've checked your JotForm and see that the submissions are showing the signature normally.
I've also cloned your JotForm to my account and tried submitting the form. I was able to see that the signature is displayed normally in submissions view and email as well.
